1. Before a listing is published
If you have paid for a listing that has not yet been published, you may cancel and request a full refund. If a listing is rejected in moderation for reasons other than fraud or a deliberate breach of the posting rules, the fee is refunded in full.
2. After a listing is published
Once a listing has been published and made available to job seekers, the service has largely been delivered. Refunds after publication are assessed case by case, and may be partial and pro-rated against the remaining listing period, particularly where TWIX has failed to deliver the service as described.
3. Fraud and breach of terms
Where a listing is removed or an account is suspended because of fraud, materially false information, or a deliberate breach of the Terms, fees are not automatically refundable. This does not remove rights that cannot be waived under Korean consumer-protection or e-commerce law, and any such decision may be appealed by contacting TWIX.
4. Duplicate and failed payments
Duplicate charges and payments taken in error are refunded in full once identified. Failed or cancelled payments do not create a listing and are not charged.
5. How to request a refund
Send the order ID and reason to the contact address published on the platform. Requests are acknowledged and decided within a reasonable period; approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, which may take additional time depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or other mandatory Korean law. This policy will be reviewed by a qualified Korean lawyer before paid listings launch.
