1. Eligibility
Employer accounts are for legitimate organisations hiring staff — hagwons, schools, kindergartens, universities, language institutes and companies. You confirm you are authorised to advertise on behalf of the organisation named in the listing.
2. Accuracy of listings
Salary, pay frequency, scheduled hours, teaching hours, office hours, working days, vacation, housing, allowances, airfare, severance, insurance and visa sponsorship must be stated accurately and must match what will actually be offered in the employment contract.
3. Lawful hiring
You are responsible for ensuring your listings, hiring practices, contracts and workplace conditions comply with applicable Korean law, including labour, immigration and anti-discrimination requirements. TWIX does not certify legal compliance of any listing.
4. Prohibited employer conduct
- posting positions that do not exist or are already filled;
- advertising conditions you do not intend to honour;
- charging job seekers fees for consideration, placement or training;
- requesting documents or personal data unrelated to the role;
- using teacher contact details for marketing or unrelated purposes.
5. Moderation and listing lifecycle
Listings pass through review before publication and expire after their published period. TWIX may reject, edit for clarity, suspend or remove listings that breach these terms, and may suspend repeat offenders.
6. Fees
Job posting is free during the current launch period. Paid listings will be announced in advance, priced at checkout in the stated currency, and governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Handling applicant data
Applicant information and documents you receive through TWIX must be used only for the specific hiring process, kept secure, not shared with third parties without consent, and deleted when no longer needed.
